Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Payment
- All orders are prepaid online with a credit card at the time of the order.
- All payments are to be made in US dollars.
- Ordering is performed online through a Here to Help Learning account.
Shipping and Handling
- All shipping is completed by US Post Office via media mail unless otherwise arranged.
- Orders are shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of order.
- You will be notified within 24 hours if your order has been placed on backorder status.
Tracking
- Media mail tracking is provided upon request. Please email your request.
- Please note: USPS medial mail usually takes 5-7 business days, but may take up to 10 business days.
Damaged Goods
All our products leave our warehouse in excellent condition. We understand accidents may happen during shipping. We extend the following to our buyers:
- 14 day return privileges for damaged books
- Replacements only, no refunds.
- You might be requested to send a picture. You will either be asked to return the item or dispose of it. HTHL will pay for the return postage if it needs to be returned.
- Go to HTHL’s store and login to your account. View your recent order and submit a request.
Returns
- Unwrapped DVDs and Teacher’s Guide MAY NOT be returned.
- 30 day return privileges for returns
- Postage on all returns will be paid by the buyer and the cost of the product refunded providing the product is received in salable condition.
- If it is our mistake, we will gladly pay for shipping.
- Go to HTHL’s store and login to your account. View your recent order and submit a request.
