*PayPal users will find account and payment information in your Paypal account.
Go to: Settings>Preapproved Payments.
If you see this error: “Unable to update your profile, please try again”
It means two separate problems may be occurring:
1. You paid using PayPal instead of our direct payment processor. Please return to your HTHL account page. Click: HERE
2. You paid with a credit card, however your transaction ID is not being recognized by our system. Please use the support tab on the bottom right side of your screen. We will be happy to serve you!
