- Here to Help Learning DOES NOT have the ability to generate a payment account.
- It is the responsibility of the user to check your account and monthly statements from your credit card company.
- Refunds will only be given within 90 days of a charge.
Understanding Our Operating Costs:
In order to provide you with excellent service, we contract with servers, developers, and IT support staff. We are charged a monthly fee based on how many members we have regardless if a member uses our services or not. We also must pay credit card transaction fees each time your account is charged.

- Ensure a pleasant web experience by maintaining and updating our site on a daily basis.
- Providing customer support by answering your support tickets via email.
