Edit or Update Account Information

You can easily update account information such as address, phone number, and password in My Account.

Please note this only updates your information for the account you have with Here to Help Learning.[br]Payment and billing information is handled through STRIPE, and payment information must be updated on their site.

Forgot Username and/or Password?

On the Login page choose “Lost your Password?” link to have an email sent to you with a password reset link as well as your username.
